some birds have built their nest right outside our front door. i constantly forget this and every time i open the front door a bird flies away and startles me! yesterday i found a half egg shell lying on the porch, so i guess there are now baby birds there! it's pretty cool

Is it true if you get too close to baby birds the mother won't come back anymore?
i've heard that's true about if you touch an egg. i'm hoping it's not about the birds cause my dad said he touched the nest to see if there were babies in there- and there were. so i'm hoping the mother still comes back!
you might have to go dig for worms and feed the baby birds yourself! Aww... then you could have a pet bird!
i hope you get to see the babies! i was thinking of you today b/c i did CPR training, and our instructor specifically brought up stayin' alive--it definitely works!
i agree with maggie. snag one of those baby birds. then you could train it to do cool stuff like turn on your touch lamp in the middle of the night.
