home safe and sound

well we have arrived safely back in the states. thankfully we flew out of delhi and so were far away from the bombings in mumbai. i'm also very thankful we left when we did, as i think i'd be pretty nervous if we were still travelling there.

anyways, the trip was definitely awesome, and although i was ready to be home, it was definitely sad to leave as well. its quite an amazing country. but i also think i appreciate america more than i have before, like the trash free and nicely paved roads, clean toilets, and upright showers with hot water (i just took a shower, and think that this is the first time i've been really clean in the past month). i'm pretty jet lagged but am trying to stay up to a reasonable time to adjust back quickly. i'm gonna load pictures on my comp later as i start to unpack so dont worry, the pictures will start comin soon.

i cant wait to reconnect with all of you! i love you much and its definitely good to be back. to those of you in dc- we flew into dulles and i so wanted to stop by and see each of you! hopefully soon

and i'm wearing my mocassins right now.....those were missed

and gas is 1.67? dang. i feel like i should fill up buckets and store them in the basement
